General description
CHD-4, often referred to as Mi2-beta, is a central component of the nucleosome remodeling and histone deacetylase (NuRD) repressor complex. CHD-4 has been shown to interact with TRIM27, HDAC1, Histone deacetylase 2, MTA2, SATB1 and Ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3 related. This protein also interacts with KLF1. Sumoylation of KLF1 leads to transcriptional repression of CHD-4.
Immunogen
Recombinant protein corresponding to Human Mi-2β.
